Bryan Emden is a UKCP transpersonal psychotherapist. He has worked as a therapist since 2002 focusing on areas such as stress, anxiety, depression, identity, bereavement and relationship issues. He aims to help clients work through a crisis of confidence or identity and help create small or significant changes in attitudes and approaches.

He works with a variety of models such as Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and energy work all aimed to help the client increase awareness, emotional resilience in relation to themselves and others. He works creatively with the inner child in play, visualisations, and understanding of body feelings and sensations. He has specific interest in helping clients work with their inner critical voices. He assists in noticing patterns and triggers, and assisting in understanding personalities more effectively.
