Bryan Emden has designed an in-house coaching skills programme for leaders of various organisations. He works with groups in helping them to facilitate a coaching conversation, addressing boundaries, confidentiality and active listening. As a coaching supervisor he is also able to offer feedback on style, content and structure. His courses look at using core coaching tools and ensures practice sessions and feedback are an essential part of the curriculum. He addresses the principles and philosophy of coaching and helps individuals create a coaching map as a stepping stone for finding their own approach. He uses models such as Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis and Systemic Theory ensuring robust training is available to those who attend.
